I ordered a St Christopher pendant and chain as a Xmas present but unfortunately the chain was badly knotted when it arrived and I decided to change for the stronger Belcher chain. Olivia’s response was super fast with very sincere apologies. A new chain was ordered and arrived in perfect condition very quickly. Superb customer service. My daughter will love it.
