Utterly unacceptable. I had to follow up multiple times regarding my order, which, when it finally arrived, looked nothing like what I had ordered. It seemed to have come from a dusty storage area! A complete scam, and obtaining a refund requires paying shipping fees to a far-off place. The support team appears to have only one generic response, regardless of my concerns. The representative should truly be embarrassed!
