The item I received was not as depicted in the online image. When I contacted customer service, they described it as 'slightly similar.' I requested a refund a second time and was offered a mere 5% refund just to keep the item. If I wanted to return it, I would have to pay for shipping back to China. I checked the postage costs, and it's $47. To make matters worse, the return address they provided is not valid. Don't waste your money!
I would honestly rate them even lower if possible. I initially felt reassured when they responded to my inquiry, but that trust quickly disappeared when they failed to resolve my issue. I ordered boots well in advance for the holidays to avoid shipping delays, yet I'm left feeling very frustrated. Utterly unacceptable. I had to follow up multiple times regarding my order, which, when it finally arrived, looked nothing like what I had ordered. It seemed to have come from a dusty storage area! A complete scam, and obtaining a refund requires paying shipping fees to a far-off place. The support team appears to have only one generic response, regardless of my concerns. The representative should truly be embarrassed!

I ordered a pair of boots for $49, and within minutes the price dropped to $39. I contacted them about this, and they assured me they would adjust it to $39, but it still hasn’t shown up on my statement. The boots are of terrible quality! They arrived without shoelaces, and the materials are extremely cheap. I would recommend shopping elsewhere for better quality.
