They just didn’t send me the model I’ve purchased and now they don’t want to refund me, only offering 5% discount to keep these ugly things they shipped me… and if I want a full refund, I have to pay for the shipping fees… and, they never offered me to ship the right pair of boots, which make me feel that they just don’t exist!
