I would honestly rate them even lower if possible. I initially felt reassured when they responded to my inquiry, but that trust quickly disappeared when they failed to resolve my issue. I ordered boots well in advance for the holidays to avoid shipping delays, yet I'm left feeling very frustrated. It's disheartening when you want to believe in a service and hope for good customer care, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.
