Extremely Disappointed — Product Looks Like a Diaper & No Accountability

I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience with the company. I ordered items that were clearly shown to have a single seam, yet what I received had two thick, obvious seams, making the product resemble a diaper. I can't wear either pair due to their unflattering and bulky appearance. When I reached out to customer support to resolve the issue and receive the correct items, I expected some accountability. Instead, I was informed that I received exactly what I ordered, that this is a 'common mistake,' and they would not be making any corrections. It seems they acknowledge that customers often receive something different from what they intended to order but still refuse to rectify it. This situation speaks volumes. Between receiving the incorrect product, being blamed for the mistake, and the company's unwillingness to uphold their advertising, I am done with this company. I'm sharing this to warn others against wasting their money or trusting a business that won't take responsibility for their errors. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
