Extremely Disappointed with My Purchase

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with the service. I ordered items that were clearly shown to have a single seam, but what I received had two thick, noticeable seams that made the product appear—and feel—like a diaper. I can't wear either pair due to how unflattering and bulky they are. When I reached out to the support team to resolve the issue and request the correct items, I expected some accountability. Instead, I was informed that I received exactly what I ordered, that this is a 'common mistake,' and that they would not be making any corrections. So, they acknowledge that people often receive something different from what they believe they are ordering… yet still refuse to address it. That alone says a lot. Between receiving the incorrect product, being told it’s my fault, and the company not standing behind their advertised claims, I’m finished with this service. I'm sharing this in hopes of preventing others from wasting their money or trusting a business that won’t take responsibility for their mistakes. Save yourself the trouble and choose a place that actually respects what they sell and cares for their customers.

Misleading Company — Do Not Purchase

The product site gave the impression that they were based in the US, but they are actually located in Hong Kong. They do not accept returns, only partial refunds. The products were subpar, and they suggested just keeping them. Why would I want to keep something so disappointing? It's incredibly frustrating. Please avoid buying from them.

Deceptive Practices and False Advertising

This company misrepresents products, taking payment for leggings that are not as advertised! I clicked on a link for a single seam, ordered two, but received double seam products instead! Customer service initially offered to replace one pair, but then changed their stance and refused to refund or replace anything! They contacted me multiple times over a month, insisting I was mistaken! They stated they are aware of my reviews and do not care! This is false advertising from a terrible company.
