I ordered a pack of two bras in my usual size, but they were way too small. I wanted to return them for a refund, but they offered to replace them with the correct size. They informed me that my size was out of stock and that I would likely have to wait 5-7 days. I'm still waiting; my original order was placed in early October. They have become unresponsive. I wouldn't deal with them again. Very poor post-sale service. I’m updating this review to mention that I finally received the replacement bras in the correct size. After writing my initial review, I received an email from the company stating they were on the way. Better communication would have improved my experience significantly.
