Then, they gave me an incorrect address for the return, causing the parcel to be sent back to me. Throughout this process, I requested a refund, which was never issued. Instead, they instructed me to send the parcel to a different address once I received it. Meanwhile, the tracking information indicated that the parcel had been delivered... dishonest and misleading!
