This has been a terrible experience! I bought a sweater and returned it immediately in November. I had to pay a return fee of 30% of the order amount—something that was never clearly stated on the website. The refund was supposed to be processed in November 2025, and now, nearly February 2026, customer service has sent over 20 emails with inconsistent information and no resolution. A total waste of time and money. I do not recommend LilySilk at all!
I received a wool sweater that had several manufacturing defects and requested a replacement. While the customer service responded quickly and courteously, they initially questioned how I washed the sweater, instructed me to return it, and informed me they could only send one replacement. They also stated that they wouldn't be responsible for any follow-up if the replacement had issues. After considering the complicated and lengthy process for obtaining a replacement, I opted for a refund. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the garment and the return/replacement policy.
Deceptive Practices! I ordered clothing for a significant amount and needed to return some items. Initially, they didn't provide the free returns as advertised on the website. Then, they gave me an incorrect address for the return, causing the parcel to be sent back to me. Throughout this process, I requested a refund, which was never issued. Instead, they instructed me to send the parcel to a different address once I received it. Meanwhile, the tracking information indicated that the parcel had been delivered... dishonest and misleading!
This item is not suitable for petite sizes! I ordered the XS, which is the smallest size available. While I understand it’s meant to be oversized, it’s so baggy that it appears unkempt and awkward. This design seems better suited for very tall individuals and doesn't accommodate women of various heights, nor does it fit most average-height women. It’s disappointing that I’ll have to return it, as I genuinely liked how it felt against my skin when I tried it on. I wish they would consider offering an XXXS or a fit designed for Asia. The size tag indicates that the US XS corresponds to an ASIA M.
Apple handled my request very quickly and accurately. She was kind, patient, and followed up carefully until everything was resolved. I’m very satisfied with the overall customer experience — although I had to cancel my order this time, I’ll definitely consider purchasing again in the future.

I ordered trousers made to measure. They originally lost my order and after several emails tracked it and said they would dispatch. I eventually received them and tried them on, they were too big, extremely wrinkled and not very good quality. I am still trying to resolve the issue.
