This has been a terrible experience! I bought a sweater and returned it immediately in November. I had to pay a return fee of 30% of the order amount—something that was never clearly stated on the website. The refund was supposed to be processed in November 2025, and now, nearly February 2026, customer service has sent over 20 emails with inconsistent information and no resolution. A total waste of time and money. I do not recommend LilySilk at all!
