If I could give a zero rating i would. Item arrived in a reasonable time but I wanted to return it as my granddaughter changed her mind on which curler she wanted for Xmas. I was told I would only receive 10% back and asked me why I wanted to return it. Buying online is classed as distance selling and I know that under the consumer contracts regulations 2013 there is a 14 day cooling off period (from the date you receive the item) to return it, you are not required to give a reason and the seller has no right to ask for a reason. After arguing the toss with them via email they agreed that I could return the item. The return address was given as an address in China even though their adverts say “Lilystyler London”, they then said that once they receive it back and inspect it they would update me with an appropriate refund option, hmmmm. They know full well that by making it this difficult people will more than likely not bother.
