There should be a zero option! Ordered and paid in December and still have not received the item, contacted the company numerous times and no refund, replied once and ignored the rest!!!! aVOID
Ordered this in November and although it took a few weeks to arrive, I am so happy with it. People have complained about the packaging, but you just throw that away anyway and store in a soft bag. My only gripe is that i wanted to ask a question about it and apparently they have disappeared off the face of the earth. Cannot access the website and emails bounce back. Such a shame.
The product arrived later than promised and has no wording to say lily styler . Nothing on box or products . Tried twice to contact via email to return and been ignored both times
Ordered two stylers along with an additional brush attachment. Tracking was given for postage. It sat for weeks saying it's on its way. Then suddenly said it was returned. I've contacted them twice and heard nothing back. No delivery, no communication back and no refund. NOT HAPPY 😡
I would give it a 0 but can’t bought the lilystyler for Christmas paid extra for shipping didn’t arrive until Jan had it 2 weeks it’s broken already tried to email twice got nothing for refund or replacement avoid this company

I do not recommend this product. The accessories come out from the main body when using and within less than 2 minutes it gets really hot , making impossible to change from one head to another.
I placed an order for a 5 in 1 air styler in December 2025, and it was dispatched quickly. However, I was inundated with emails from the company claiming to track my item for me. By January, the tracking indicated that the item had been returned to sender without ever leaving China. Since then, I've been unable to get any response from the company, whether by email or through their social media. It's quite disappointing. I can't request a replacement or a refund because the company is ignoring all my attempts to reach out. I would advise against spending your money with this service.
I received a 5 in 1 hairstyle tool for Christmas from my husband and chose to buy the accompanying case. Unfortunately, the case feels inexpensive and the compartments don't match the description provided. I've reached out multiple times for assistance but have yet to receive a response.

Terrible experience with this service. I ordered an item for a Christmas gift three weeks ago, and it only arrived today, shipped from overseas instead of the expected location. They retained my payment information, and now I'm unexpectedly enrolled as a VIP member with a monthly fee. I had to notify my bank to cancel this, which forced me to change my card just days before Christmas... very disappointing.
