I was under the impression it was being shipped from the UK. It is not. The hair styler is pretty good once you get used to how to use it. Find the dryer attachment of good heat. My biggest disappointment is the apparent Premium Leather Case I paid extra for. Advertised in the pictures as though all the attachments sit nicely in slots and the lid closes. It is not leather! There are No slots for the attachments. Lid does not close when attachments are standing up. So just through them in there makes no difference ☹️
