I ordered my styler on 4th Nov. It is now 29th Nov and still no sign of it. I checked the shipping status and it says delivered on 18th Nov. It was not delivered. I have emailed several times with no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is appalling and I'm nearly £50 down and no styler for my daughters xmas
