I have the product and was disappointed with that as struggle to get any curl, but ordered the storage box. It arrived very quickly the box on outside didn’t look to bad. But inside there are no storage slits that fit the product in, it’s very cheap and all falling apart inside like cardboard. The day it arrived I sent email to say not up to standard and no storage slits for items they said send photos and we will send return label. This item was £20 plus postage on top so approx £25. I have been going back and forth with them for weeks they said keep the product 10%, I said I don’t want the product I want a refund, this went up to 15% off keep the item. I said no can you give me the return label as mentioned. They said we can’t take returns and I sent an email complaining I didn’t want item and had been told if sent photos I would get a return label. Now I have been emailed return to this address customer pays. Which of course is in China not London based as they claim and postage with Royal Mail is £27 so would be out of pocket to return there. I have asked for their London address they claim to work from haven’t had a response as yet. PLEASE do not buy this product very bad customer service and product is definitely made in London!
