I was charged £4.99 for “next day delivery,” but the item was clearly being shipped from overseas, likely through a drop-shipper. It's impossible to fulfill next-day delivery when the product isn't even in the country. Promoting a next-day service that can't be delivered is deceptive, and adding a general shipping disclaimer doesn't make it right. If a company charges for a premium delivery option, it should either fulfill it or refund the fee. After discussing with other customers who faced the same issue, it seems this isn't just a one-off problem. We are now preparing to file a formal complaint due to the possibly fraudulent nature of these delivery claims. I strongly recommend others to be cautious when ordering, especially if they are paying extra for delivery services that might not be genuine.
