The odor was so intense that my husband, who has health issues, had to sleep in a different room. I reached out to the support team to explain the situation and requested a refund. They asked for a recording of the issue, which I was reluctant to provide since it clearly appeared to be damaged and still smelled of smoke. Nevertheless, I filmed it, but it didn't even turn on during the recording and then started to smoke! You would think this would guarantee a refund, but instead, I was offered a credit note. I expressed my lack of trust in their products and found other negative reviews detailing similar issues. Eventually, I was told to return the item to an address in another country. Don't be fooled by the misleading branding; this is a poorly made product that poses potential risks. If you've had no issues with yours, consider yourself fortunate. They have not responded to my request for a refund, and I want to warn others to avoid wasting their money.
