I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I bought a styler as a present for my partner and paid extra for express delivery, but it took nearly two weeks to arrive. When it finally did, the box was damaged, which was particularly disappointing since it was intended as a gift. I reached out to customer services and initially received a prompt reply, which I appreciated. I followed up as instructed with photos. However, after that, communication slowed down considerably. While I realize it might be a busy time, it was frustrating to witness such a disparity in response times, making me feel that my complaint was not valued. I have now submitted three complaints in total. One was dismissed, and I'm still awaiting responses to the other two.
