I placed an order for a 5 in 1 air styler in December 2025, and it was dispatched quickly. However, I was inundated with emails from the company claiming to track my item for me. By January, the tracking indicated that the item had been returned to sender without ever leaving China. Since then, I've been unable to get any response from the company, whether by email or through their social media. It's quite disappointing. I can't request a replacement or a refund because the company is ignoring all my attempts to reach out. I would advise against spending your money with this service.
