This company employs deceptive tactics. When I needed to change my reservation, they refused to honor the original fare and reservation. I was told I had to be on standby because it was a discounted fare or pay an exorbitant fee for a regular ticket. Additionally, they charged me an extra fee to switch to a different airline, despite the fact that the ticket price was the same as my original discounted fare. Moving forward, I will book directly with the airline.
