Scam. They sell you a ticket for a cheap advertised price. This is not a real ticket. After you purchase the ticket, someone will call you and say it is a "standby ticket", then they will tell you it is non refundable and make you buy a more expensive ticket.

Took more than 1.5 hrs. to get the desired booking. Roman tried his best and delivered the expected fair price. Other than the lengthy transaction, I’m quite satisfied.
The booking process was quite convoluted, but Simmi Brown was very communicative and helped me through the entire process. She called me multiple times to walk me through everything. I did wind up getting a better deal than I could have found anywhere else online.
I bought a ticket to Mexico for certain amount of money then they call me to tell me that they don't have no more ticket in the price and that I have to pay extra 150. I don't want to pay extra if they don give me that I agree to, they replied that its already been charged to my credit account and THEY WILL NO REFUND MY MONEY BACK (MEAN SUPPORT). I DON HAVE A TICKET, they don't granted what I wanted, and I wasn't gonna pay 150. THIS SITE IS FISHY and SCAMERS. Don't do business with them. CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE RUDE AND MEAN.
I choose this agency for my flight but I am really disappointed because of their service.They don’t take any responsibility for their mistakes.Instead of giving compensation they treated us with disrespect. The supervisor we spoke to didn’t provide an actual name. This company is extremely dishonest .
When I booked the flight, the company phoned and told me it was standby and tried to book me onto another flight to another airport for much more money. Then they told me the fares were not refundable. I locked my card to not let them charge it. First, they said it had been charged, then they said only one flight was charged, then they said ok, they did not charge the card.. SCAMMERS, BEWARE
This company employs deceptive tactics. When I needed to change my reservation, they refused to honor the original fare and reservation. I was told I had to be on standby because it was a discounted fare or pay an exorbitant fee for a regular ticket. Additionally, they charged me an extra fee to switch to a different airline, despite the fact that the ticket price was the same as my original discounted fare. Moving forward, I will book directly with the airline.
Deceptive practices. After booking the discounted ticket, it was suddenly unavailable. They then stated that there was no option for cancellation or refund, forcing you to purchase the next available ticket at a higher price. As a Canadian, the increased cost is notably higher due to the exchange rate. This feels like a scam! Avoid making any purchases from this untrustworthy company.
