I decided to buy motorbike parts from Limitless Customs, mainly because they were a British company. They were also offering a 25% discount on a first order.
The alarm bells started ringing when the 25% discount wasn't 25% at all. Apparently some items are excluded, though I was never told which parts. There is nothing in their offer, or terms and conditions that mentions exclusions. To this day they are still offering an open 25% discount.
Limitless Customs proved to be very difficult to deal with from the start. At the time the order was placed, all parts were standard and in stock, with guaranteed tracked and signed 3-5 day delivery. A few minutes after placing the order I received an email saying they were extremely busy and that the order could take up to 10 days.
I then received an update stating that there could be further delays because the parts were custom painted (they were standard black). I eventually received the parts over 6 weeks later. During the period from placing the order to receiving the order I was lied to many times about the parts being held up in the paint shop, or already being shipped and on their way etc. I believe it was only because of my persistence that I received the parts at all.
On receiving the parts I was utterly shocked to see the quality of what had been shipped. The rear fender especially, was covered in scratches and marks and had several areas of severe rust and pitting under the very thin paintwork. It was obviously second hand and had been cut down in size from another fender. It had jagged uneven edges, the pre drilled fixing holes were in the wrong place, therefore impossible to fix to my bike. The other parts included strut covers, covered in scratches and bad paint. I agreed on a discount and had them repainted myself. Interestingly the only quality parts were obviously from Cult-Werk, the company I was originally going to buy from.
On the 17th November it was agreed that I would send the fender back for a full refund of £165.00. The fender was received and signed for by Limitless Customs on the 26th November @10.01 am. On the 10th December 2025 I emailed Limitless Customs to remind them that they received the part 2 weeks prior and to refund my credit card.
After further emails to Limitless Customs, it took until the 6th January 2026 to get my refund. Minus the 25% discount which just happened to apply to the fender...I actually laughed!
I checked out Limitless Customs profile at Companies House, it makes very grim reading. They have not filed any accounts since 2020, and there is an active proposal to strike them off (not the first).
I don't understand how this outfit is still trading, just read the reviews, you have been warned!
