I decided to buy motorbike parts from Limitless Customs, mainly because they were a British company. They were also offering a 25% discount on a first order.
The alarm bells started ringing when the 25% discount wasn't 25% at all. Apparently some items are excluded, though I was never told which parts. There is nothing in their offer, or terms and conditions that mentions exclusions. To this day they are still offering an open 25% discount.
Limitless Customs proved to be very difficult to deal with from the start. At the time the order was placed, all parts were standard and in stock, with guaranteed tracked and signed 3-5 day delivery. A few minutes after placing the order I received an email saying they were extremely busy and that the order could take up to 10 days.
I then received an update stating that there could be further delays because the parts were custom painted (they were standard black). I eventually received the parts over 6 weeks later. During the period from placing the order to receiving the order I was lied to many times about the parts being held up in the paint shop, or already being shipped and on their way etc. I believe it was only because of my persistence that I received the parts at all.
On receiving the parts I was utterly shocked to see the quality of what had been shipped. The rear fender especially, was covered in scratches and marks and had several areas of severe rust and pitting under the very thin paintwork. It was obviously second hand and had been cut down in size from another fender. It had jagged uneven edges, the pre drilled fixing holes were in the wrong place, therefore impossible to fix to my bike. The other parts included strut covers, covered in scratches and bad paint. I agreed on a discount and had them repainted myself. Interestingly the only quality parts were obviously from Cult-Werk, the company I was originally going to buy from.
On the 17th November it was agreed that I would send the fender back for a full refund of £165.00. The fender was received and signed for by Limitless Customs on the 26th November @10.01 am. On the 10th December 2025 I emailed Limitless Customs to remind them that they received the part 2 weeks prior and to refund my credit card.
After further emails to Limitless Customs, it took until the 6th January 2026 to get my refund. Minus the 25% discount which just happened to apply to the fender...I actually laughed!
I checked out Limitless Customs profile at Companies House, it makes very grim reading. They have not filed any accounts since 2020, and there is an active proposal to strike them off (not the first).
I don't understand how this outfit is still trading, just read the reviews, you have been warned!
Avoid this pirate at all cost Had him Do their full build package on my 48 and a few extra bits told 3 to 4 weeks. He had the bike 14 weeks and still unfinished 🤷♂️The lies and stories he came away with for months why it wasn’t done was unbelievable also the lies he told why all the parts weren't fitted after collection always blaming someone else definitely on some spectrum some ware.He said they would post the parts to me he did send the fork covers only when I called him out on why there was cheap peeling wraps on the bike instead of the fork cover kit it was meant to come with .The custom seat I ordered he kept fobbing me off and telling porkies for weeks on end why i hadn't received it yet so I went direct to the guy that makes them and payed again for a seat that limitless had taken the money for and the seat was made within 2 days of direct contact with maker and shipped back to me . doubt I will ever see the seat or a refund from limitless now he is ignoring me. The bike looked awesome in the pictures on social media however bike had a flat tire when picked up and when inspected back home engine management light constantly on ,oil leaking from primary sump plug , bolts slack or only hand tight all over bike ,hand grip came off first ride not a lick of glue any ware ,rear short fender cut with chainsaw from and old and rusty front fender ,tire stickers peeling off and miss matched either side of tire ,paint on primary cover all wrinkled ,paint drops over the belt guard I assume from painting the chopped rear end looks like the bike was flung together in a couple of days before I picked it up hence the missing parts and very poor build quality. I had to take it to a local Harley guy to fit the fork covers and a new O2 sensor on the new exhaust they fitted to sort out the engine management light and check the bike over for loose bolts etc. .Jak also told me he had to scrap the new vans n Hines exhaust the bike came in with only to see an ad on Harley UK buy n sell page and his face book marketplace exactly one week later for the exact same exhaust I will let you decide if its coincidence .This guy couldn’t care about handing back or selling unfinished dangerous bikes. If he hasn’t already he will be the death of someone yet. Avoid this rogue and this sham of a company. Don’t be fooled with crap he spouts or the tremendous web page selling cheap as chips parts at ridiculously inflated prices and grate photography .once they have your coin you will be treated like a nuisance fobbed off with lie after lie then eventually when things aren’t right ignored completely .

I personally did not order anything through limitless customs my brother however did he got a new truck that he worked super hard for and he wanted new tires put on it he reached out to limitless customs and it took them 2 months to get his tires in and then when they came in the guy called my brother and set up an appointment with my brother to come in at 11:00 that Saturday we came all the way from Sioux falls South Dakota to make this appointment when we got there no one was there and the doors were locked when my brother finally got a hold of him he told my brother that they don't even work on Saturdays even though he's the one who called my brother the first time and scheduled the appointment for him to be there at 11:00 that Saturday so then whenever he finally showed up he tried to talk my brother into leaving his truck work truck for a week my brother can't do that he needs it for work plus that's what we drove we drove it there we didn't have anything else just to drive back home after talking to my brother for a little bit he called some guy from a different shop and asked him if he could put the lift kit and tires on my brother's truck he agreed but said he wouldn't be able to get to it till after 1:00 so the guy from limitless customs told us to meet him back at the shop at 1:00 we come back at 1:00 and again nobody is there my brother calls and the guy doesn't answer but a little bit later sends us a text telling us to go to a different address to meet with a different mechanic and he would put the lift kit and tires on my brother's truck now when my brother ordered these tires he was worried about them being too big for his truck but the guy at limitless customs assured my brother and promised my brother that he would do the trim so that the tires wouldn't rub when my brother got the truck back the lift kit and the tires were put on but none of the custom work was done like the trim wasn't fixed so that whenever my brother turns the tires don't rub and the guy from limitless customs told my brother that he would take care of that but didn't my brother tried to get a hold of him but he wouldn't answer my brother sent him some text he didn't text back jus completely blew him off I don't think I've ever seen my brother quite this disappointed about anything his whole life I think if you don't want to be disappointed you should find somewhere else to get your custom tires and custom work done these guys are all around horrible business people they're dishonest & rude take thousands of dollars from u then ghost you.. smdh
Bought several items for my sportster and a set of tail lights within a month went out. I contacted them for a new one and after several emails I finally get a response saying they would send me one. Several days turn into weeks and no light and multiple emails not responded too and still no tail light or communication Update 4-23: company has sense responded and addresses all concerns. Much appreciated
Purchased a chin spoiler for my sportster and none of the hardware came with the spoiler. Lot of emails back and forth, lots of excuses, never got the hardware. This company needs to be avoided at all costs, especially if you don't live in England.
