Such a shame this company has no respect for its loyal clients, despite 3 emails and filling in their query form online I had no response to my query for nutritional values of their Biltong, it suggests a high carbohydrate content that they are not willing to share.I have subsequently purchased elsewhere who provided the carbohydrate value very quickly indeed, disappointing company response ( or lack of)Seems to be their normal behaviour according to several other reviews.
