Lincoln City Council owns and runs Lincoln Crematorium.The crematorium lost my Mother's ashes on 1st May 2024. I interred "ashes" into my Dad's grave in the Memorial Garden that day. A police investigation started and concluded Aug 2025 with all charges dropped.The Police informed me that the ashes I interred with my Dad were in fact Fly Ash.Dealing with Lincoln City Council - Director of Communities and Environment - Simon Walters....He does not have a clue where my Mother's ashes areand has not given me an explanation of how his crematorium had lost them.As of this week (letter from Carolyn Wheater - City Council Solicitor) I am blocked from communicating with Lincoln City Council, so I will never get an explanation.Crematoriums and Funeral Services need enforceable regulation.
