I can't find Castle Hotel Lincoln so I'm putting it on Lincoln council site . Castle hotel west gate Lincoln was the best hotel experience we have ever had. We stopped in the Tritton Suite which was pure luxury...it was more like a mini apartment then a hotel room . The room was spotless,and oozed luxury...if you want a treat with your loved one this is definitely the place to go. Lincoln is so full of history and things to do it can't be done in 24 hours so me and my partner are going back for 2 days this time back to the castle hotel...the best hotel in Lincoln with the best staff in Lincoln. See you soon again guys ...can hardly wait 🙂
Lincoln City Council owns and runs Lincoln Crematorium.The crematorium lost my Mother's ashes on 1st May 2024. I interred "ashes" into my Dad's grave in the Memorial Garden that day. A police investigation started and concluded Aug 2025 with all charges dropped.The Police informed me that the ashes I interred with my Dad were in fact Fly Ash.Dealing with Lincoln City Council - Director of Communities and Environment - Simon Walters....He does not have a clue where my Mother's ashes areand has not given me an explanation of how his crematorium had lost them.As of this week (letter from Carolyn Wheater - City Council Solicitor) I am blocked from communicating with Lincoln City Council, so I will never get an explanation.Crematoriums and Funeral Services need enforceable regulation.
This council has left a disabled lady refuse bins full as the binmen have lied and have said my bin was emptied they emptied one of my bins but not the other because of this both my bins are now full and I have no where else to put my rubbish and I have to now wait until 8th January, 2026 this council are not fit for purpose, they are an absolute disgrace.

This council turns a blind eye regarding when it's tenants have problems with hassessment from people who live in big posh houses. I've reported to the council ongoing hassessment when I am in my garden that unfortunately backs onto a posh house and the man that lives in the posh house has a problem with people who live in social housing, this man continues to look over his fence into my garden and hassess me, I've reported to the council but they have done nothing but turned a blind eye to it, shameful
This council is very good at turning a blind eye to things that are in it's own best interests, very good indeed. In my opinion the whole council needs looking at in much closer scrutiny, i'm sure a few things of interest would come to light!
We registered online twice but unfortunately did not receive the payment requests for our counsil tax on time which was quite frustrating but the call agent that assisted me was fantastic. She was friendly and informative and wonderful! A big thank you to Suzanne!
