This council turns a blind eye regarding when it's tenants have problems with hassessment from people who live in big posh houses. I've reported to the council ongoing hassessment when I am in my garden that unfortunately backs onto a posh house and the man that lives in the posh house has a problem with people who live in social housing, this man continues to look over his fence into my garden and hassess me, I've reported to the council but they have done nothing but turned a blind eye to it, shameful
