This council stores false and malicious allegations about its citizens. Worse still, it hides those allegations from said citizens unless they ask for full copies of correspondence from the so called complainant. Even when challenged, this council will not remove the allegations from its files. Nor will it flag them up with a categorical denial from the victim of these allegations or even restrict access to those files. This is utterly wrong and absolutely appaling. Innocent victims should not be treated in this way. Furthermore when I was informed that this matter was being passed to a senior officer, there was no response on SIX such occasions which is disgraceful and warrants disciplinary action on that alone. Another officer who accepted the complaint from the complainant and whose title included "anti-social behaviour" refused to accept my counter complaint of false and malicious allegations. How can that be seen to be fair and unbiased which is how councils are supposed to act? Is this council being administered as it should be? Why has the Chief Executive not become involved? There needs to be an enquiry perhaps leading to disciplinary action against some employees. I no longer have any faith or any trust whatsoever in the City of Lincoln Council. How many more of its citizens are having false and malicious allegations about them being stored by this council? THIS PRACTICE MUST STOP. I am not even convinced that this council is behaving legally. The false and malicious allegations fall within the scope of various criminal laws such as criminal libel and malicious communication. Do the actions of this council make them accessories to criminal acts?
