After breaking a knitting needle I needed a quick replacement. Paying extra to LindeHobby for faster delivery I was not only disappointed, but extremely frustrated to be informed by the courier that the needles would arrive more than a week later. It also became apparent that my order was not initiated until two days after confirmation. Disappointingly poor service.
