my first and last order ... Lindehobby shipped my order of $159 consisting of a lot of yarn colors for 5 projects. and needles. They shipped FEDEX without the necessary import info which meant it sat in Tennessee for 4 days and I emailed them 3 times. with one response that didn't admit to no fault.
when the package finally arrived it was a little worn, but no damage and it was not open. But the package was missing a circular needles and several skeins which means my projects don't have enough yarn. have emailed the 4 times with absolutely no response at all. Will dispute via Paypal to at least get a refund on missing items.
