I haven't received one of my orders and no one has replied to my email regarding this, even though I got a request to rate the service. Luckily, the order wasn't expensive, but the experience is frustrating. I won't order from this platform again, even if they have the items I need. The delivery timeline was misleading; it took 2 weeks instead of the promised 3-5 days.
