After years of good service, for some reason, they have started delaying orders for over 10 days and have stopped responding to customer service emails. I'm unsure what's happening, as many customers are facing the same issues without any explanations.

Luckily, the order wasn't expensive, but the experience is frustrating. I won't order from this platform again, even if they have the items I need. The delivery timeline was misleading; it took 2 weeks instead of the promised 3-5 days.
