I have contacted the seller so many times since 28th August regarding an unexpected customs fee. It has now been a month, but they still haven’t responded. I’ve sent several emails chasing an update, but they continue to ignore me, which is ridiculous. There has been zero communication, which is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Also, they present themselves as a UK-based company, but the item was actually shipped from Denmark. They also offered FedEx as a free shipping option at checkout, which resulted in an unexpected customs fee.I’m still waiting for a resolution. Until then, I would strongly caution others before buying from this company.
