No Communication or Help Regarding My Order

I ordered almost 2 weeks ago and promptly got an email saying thank you for my purchase and welcome to the Lindehobby family. I never received any information regarding my order or shipping or tracking. So I tried to get into the account I created and I could not get in. I tried resetting my password and never received an email to be able to do so. A couple days later I tried again and never received an email. A couple days after that I tried contacting the company again using their website and the form they provide letting them know I tried twice to reset my password and never received the email with the reset code. Again I never received any communication from them. I then sent them an email to the address they give and once again never heard from the company. What I have received are 2-3 emails each day for about a week saying that I had items in my cart and they will be expiring soon. At this time, after 2 weeks I have not heard anything from the company. I do not know if my order has been processed or shipped. This order was over $100 plus the cost of shipping to the US. I am beyond frustrated and do not know if I will receive my order or if I have been scammed.
