The website is good with a variety of yarns. When you buy customer service is good, but when you want to return some yarn then it's a problem. I've ordered three different yarns simultaneously and got order numbers for each. They were sent to me as one parcel. I want to return them but must buy a return label for each yarn (3 times £5.99 ) due to 'custom'. It seems 'custom' works one way only. AVOID
