Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Paid for 2-3 day shipping with FedEx and it took LindaHobby 3 working days to just ship the items from their warehouse. The shipping company was terrible to deal with and claim they couldn't deliver even when people were home. I would never order from LindeHobby again and definitely won't recommend it to my other crafty friends. I kept getting annoying emails asking if I wanted to buy more products even though they still haven't responded to any of my complaints or questions asking for clarification. Yet to receive my order.
