Ordered a bunch of yarn and paid for delivery in 2-3 days, included my address addition as my last name isn’t on my doorbell. This addition was left off by LindeHobby which resulted in DHL being unable to deliver it to me. I contacted customer support and they have been telling me that my yarn will be redelivered to me but my package was already on the way back to the original sorting centre on the other side of the country to me…It’s been over 3 weeks since I made the order and honestly it seems like they don’t even want to resolve my issue as they seem very blasé about the whole situation…
