A series of frustrations

What could possibly go wrong? Initially, I only needed a bulb and handbrake adjustment for my MOT. I dropped off my car at 11:00 AM, and by 14:45, I was told they hadn’t started yet and it would be ready by 16:00. I explained I had a long walk ahead. When I arrived, I was informed that the brakes were fine, and still no MOT. The list of issues kept changing, and they waited until the last moment to inform me. I’ve been without my car since Thursday, missing two days of work. The costs have also increased significantly from the initial quote. I will never return to this garage.
