They claimed I needed extensive repairs totaling over £2000, which contradicted a recent inspection by a trusted mechanic who found only minor issues. The estimates provided were misleading, and when I sought a second opinion, the problems were dismissed as false. I had the air conditioning repaired elsewhere for just £180. This service center exemplifies dishonest practices, so please be cautious.
I encountered a road issue early this morning that caused a flat tire. I managed to contact the service and scheduled a technician to replace the tire at home. The technician was fantastic, polite, and answered all my questions. This has been a remarkable service at a fair price, all completed on the same day. I would highly recommend this service. What could possibly go wrong? Initially, I only needed a bulb and handbrake adjustment for my MOT. I dropped off my car at 11:00 AM, and by 14:45, I was told they hadn’t started yet and it would be ready by 16:00. I explained I had a long walk ahead. When I arrived, I was informed that the brakes were fine, and still no MOT. The list of issues kept changing, and they waited until the last moment to inform me. I’ve been without my car since Thursday, missing two days of work. The costs have also increased significantly from the initial quote. I will never return to this garage.
