Ordered several items but only some arrived. The website stated to wait in case the order was to be delivered separately. This did not happen so contacted them but was met with the virtual assistant. This stated that I need a customer service advisor but could not provide contact detail nor transfer me. Found the details & emailed. Received a reply to forward photos of the missing items. Still waiting for any response or resolution.
