The Lindt box is beautifully curated as a gift, but the message card was jagged and misaligned, and the chocolate had a short shelf life. I emailed to give feedback about the card, but never got a response. A nice gift idea, but quality control and customer service could be better.
The company seems great, but ordering online can lead to issues. They will offer a refund whether you want it or not, but here's the catch - the minimum order on the site is £20. So, if you want your product, you end up needing to spend more! It's frustrating to be stuck in endless email exchanges where all they provide are ineffective "goodwill gestures" like a mere 10% discount or free shipping. This is unhelpful when all you want is your £13.50 box of chocolate that isn’t available locally. To meet the £20 minimum, you have to spend an extra £6.50, but nothing on the site is cheaper than £10. After numerous emails, you might just decide that the person you were buying for isn't worth the trouble, opting instead to donate £20 to a charity in their name, which feels far more meaningful than a box of chocolates.
I scheduled a next day delivery but ended up receiving my order after a week. It was nearly impossible to reach the customer support by phone, and my email requesting a cancellation and refund went unanswered for too long. After waiting six days for a response, I was informed that I could request a refund, but I would be responsible for the return shipping costs.
I find your chocolate enjoyable, but the pricing is quite steep. If you were to lower the cost, I believe it would attract more customers. I can only afford to purchase this chocolate once a year, maybe twice if I'm fortunate. I wish I could buy treats for my friends, but the prices make it difficult.
I received my order but one item (Dubai chocolate bar) was missing. I had to provide a photo as proof of the missing item. I was informed that they do not offer replacements. I was supposed to receive a refund, but I doubt I will order from them again.
I did not receive the correct items I ordered; two products are missing, and there is an additional item included that I did not request. If the items I ordered were unavailable, I should have been refunded or contacted as a member, with the option to select an alternative product.
I can honestly say this is the best chocolate I've ever tasted. It reminds me of the delightful chocolates from my childhood, as they clearly put a lot of care into making each one unique. Despite usually feeling overwhelmed by chocolate, I didn’t with this. My family has started ordering from here too, and the prices are surprisingly good.
