I have recently purchased Lindt chocolate bars including their special creations bundle. When I received my purchase there were two chocolate bars missing from the bundle offer. I emailed Lindt and they did apologise for the mistake and the missing bars, and agreed to refund me for the missing two bars. I think it would have been more appropriate to actually replace the missing bars if the flavours were not available with something else, and to also send a partial refund as a good will gesture. But instead I will now be refunded for the two missing bars in 10 days time (not sure how much this will even be).The three star is not because of the chocolate, it is for the customer service element.
