I have ordered online before without any issue. Unfortunately this time round my order wasn't sent as the tracking on Royal Mail says "We're expecting it". After a week and I contacted Lindt via their online mail. I got a respond the next day stating that they were unable to locate my parcel, suggesting it got lost in transit.Then disappointingly says they were unable to process a replacement order and would raised a refund. (So they lost my order and I don't get a replacement)And frustratingly, it will take 5-7 working days for the refund payment. My payment went through in seconds and I have to wait a week for a refund. Lindt will loose customers with this kind of service.
