I purchased a Lindt Pick & Mix Gold Tin 500g (Including Choice of Sleeve.) as a gift for Christmas so as yet I haven't had feedback from the recipient but was pleased with the wide selection of chocolates to choose from . However, I chose the " hearts" sleeve( confirmed on the invoice) but instead received a "thank you" sleeve which is totally inappropriate for the purpose of the gift. I contacted customer services and I'm very pleased to say that the matter was resolved. Well done and thank you Lindt.
