I placed an order for multiple boxes of Lindt Lindor Milk Chocolate. Unfortunately, I received the wrong delivery, which included Lindor Irish Cream which I didn't order. After I raised a complaint through their website Larishma gave me a call to resolve it. Larishma did a great job of fixing the complaint and is now shipping my correct order.We all make mistakes and the test of a good company is how well they resolve it. In this case I couldn't have asked for more. Larishma did a 10/10 job. Thank you.
