Ordered quite a few items for gifts and the box of Neapolitan chocolates weighing 700g priced £20.50 was missing? I emailed immediately because this is totally unacceptable and I was advised by email that I would receive a refund! This is still not showing and I’m concerned about future online orders. How could a huge mistake be made by the packing department? So not a good experience having been a loyal customer.
