Please review phone calls and tickets number 210752, 212679, 215923, 224707.Yet under my previous Trustpilot reviews, Lindt keeps posting the same cheerful copy-paste: “Our customer service team has been in touch.”Really? With whom exactly? There’s been no email, no call, no message - nothing but silence and public pretence. It seems Lindt’s idea of customer care is to perform it in the comments section for optics, not in real life for customers.At this point, the only thing missing more than my chocolate is accountability. Extremely poor and disappointing.
