Ordered 60 wedding favour boxes and truffles to fill them. Paid for 1-2 days delivery. The packaged arrived 1 week after order was placed. Not what I paid for, however I can live with this. When I opened the package I saw that there was some truffles but no wedding favour boxes? I have contacted customer services and had no response for over a week. They have charged me the full amount and only delivered 1/3 of what was promised. My wedding is in a few weeks… the website states they are now out of stock(they were in stock when I bought them) so I am out of pocket and have no other way of putting favours down on the tables… Not even an apology or a refund. Just nothing…
