I have received my order with items missing. I ordered 7 boxes of Lindor Lindt balls and only received 4. The day the package arrived I contacted Lindt which was the 16th September and I am still waiting for a reply. I have since left 2 telephone messages and I have sent another email. Needless to say I have not been contacted and my problem has not been resolved. So no I would not recommend ordering from this company.
